Deposit Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure the date and time of your session. This deposit ensures that your slot is reserved and compensates for any potential loss of business due to cancellations.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the start of the session.
In extreme circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters), exceptions to the non-refundable policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Late Policy

If the client is 15 minutes late without prior communication, an additional fee of $25 will be added to the remaining balance.
If the client is more than 30 minutes late, the photoshoot will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Model Release

Visuals By Duke retains ownership of all photographs taken during sessions and has unrestricted use of them for promotional purposes, portfolio display, or any other lawful purpose without prior permission from the client.
Clients are granted permission to use images taken of themselves for personal use, such as portfolios or social media, provided proper credit is given to Visuals By Duke.

Image Editing and Alteration

Once photographs are edited by Visuals By Duke, clients are not permitted to add filters or alter the images in any way. This ensures that the artistic integrity and quality standards set by Visuals By Duke are maintained.

Turnaround Time

Image Selection and Quality Standards

Clients will not receive every image taken during their session. The photographer will select images that meet quality standards for delivery.
The photographer is not responsible for storing images after 30 days from delivery. Clients are advised to download and back up their images promptly.

Touch-Ups and Additional Edits

Once edits are completed and delivered, clients have 24 hours to request any touch-ups or additional edits. Requests made after this period may incur additional fees.
